Three nights of story telling, food, activities and community at Lamppost Farm.
Ditch the screens and get outside with the whole family for a series of evenings around the campfire and under the stars at Lamppost Farm. Stories, songs, and s’mores plus nightly dinners featuring Lamppost’s amazing grass fed meats and farm activities. July 16, 17 & 18. 6:00 – 9:00 pm. Facilitators include Mel & Steve Montgomery of Lamppost Farm, Pastor Fritz from First Presbyterian and THE HUB’s resident spiritual director JoAnn Barto.
This is a multi-generational, family centered event. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Pre-registration & payment is required. Capacity is limited. Registration deadline: Sunday, July 14.
Every Night Includes
A full dinner including dessert, multi-generational interactive activities, campfire sing-along, interactive storytelling, marshmallows for roasting and everything else you’d expect for an evening around the fire. Events are rain or shine.
Menu: Wood Fired Pizza (Tuesday); Pulled Chicken Picnic (Wednesday); Mixed Grill (Thursday)
Activities: Mega group craft project cumulating in a giant painted rock labyrinth; Nightly reflective visits to various places on the farm; Group games (Wednesday).
Prepayment and preregistration is required. Space is limited. This is a multi-generational, family centered event. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Registration deadline: Sunday, July 14.

Lamppost Farm is about a mile north of Firestone Farms on Rt. 7 in southern Mahoning County. Coming from the south, its on the left at the intersection of Rt. 7 and County Line Road. Coming from the north its on the right and, if you hit County Line Road you’ve gone about 200 yards too far.
